Thanks for visiting our website, if you want to plan a trip to the Big Bend and hire us as a guide, please send us the dates you are interested in, how many in your group, where you are staying during your visit, and type of activity. We can also make recommendations on other activities, dining and lodging!

Current pricing:

All activities require a minimum number of people, solo individuals can pay for price of the minimum, or if possible pay single rate and ride with other scheduled groups. We specialize in adjusting our meetup times and locations to suit your schedule and lodging location, group discounts are available.

Rates do not include gratuity.

For overnight and longer trips, we can provide you with tents, sleeping bags, and pads for a nominal fee.

Devil’s River final-night island camp

Single Day River Trip: Rio Grande
Canoe, Kayak or Rafting day trip: $150 per person, 2 person minimum. Youth 12 and under is $120 per person. Type of watercraft used is dependent on river level, large rafts are only available on higher levels, generally late summer or early fall. Depending on the river it may be in Big Bend National Park or it may be in Big Bend Ranch State Park.

River Trips in Santa Elena Canyon
Santa Elena Canyon 2 day overnight trip: $320 per person, meals $90 per person.

Santa Elena Canyon 3 day overnight trip: $470 per person, meals $120 per person.

Single day Boomerang (see the Santa Elena Canyon page): $160 per person, lunch $15 or you may bring your own.

Santa Elena Single day downstream, raft, canoe or kayak: Price varies depending on group size and water conditions, please remember this option is not available most of the year. Months this is possible are generally Aug. – Oct. but even during these months may not be possible. Inquiring by phone or email is required to discuss feasibility and rates. Please keep in mind that if a one-day float thru the canyon is possible it will still be a long day, starting at 9 am and returning to starting point 5-6 pm or possibly later depending on wind and current.

River Trip: Boquillas Canyon 
$800 per person, includes all meals, shuttles, boats, gear and guide/s. This is a four day, three night trip. We tailor our menu to fit your tastes and diets, for groups of 6 or more we also offer a 10% discount.   See the Boquillas Canyon page for details.

River Trip: Lower Canyon
Canoe, Kayak or Rafting these trips are 7 to 10 days. Call us for pricing and availability. See the Lower Canyon Canoe trip page for more info.

River Trip: Devil’s River
Canoe, Kayak or Rafting: $900 per person, 4 person minimum, this is a 4 day trip and includes meals and watercraft. Youth rate is the same as the adult rate. See the Devil’s River page for more.

Ojinaga Tours and Surrounding
$150 per person day trip, 2 person minimum.  See our Ojinaga page
Overnight and longer trips are also available.

Jeep tours
$140 per person day trip, 2 person minimum. Youth 12 and under is $120 per person.

Guided Hikes
$140 per person day trip, 2 person minimum. Youth 12 and under is $120 per person. For multi-day trips, we can customize your adventure based on your goals. Contact us for rates on custom trips. Photographers love these multi-day hikes because it allows photography at dawn and the magic hour in places that are unique.

Combo Jeep and Hike
$140 per person day trip, 2 person minimum. Youth 12 and under is $120 per person.

Some locations we jeep/hike to are ancient Native American dwellings with pictographs, slot canyons, old mine ruins.

Lunch on Day Trips
Lunches can be provided for an addtl. $15 per person (Ham and turkey sandwiches, fruit, chips, nuts, cookies,snacks, etc.) Clients are welcome to bring their own lunches, anyone with special diet is advised to bring their own food, as our grocers have limited food variety.


Refunds & Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable due to scheduling adjustments. Deposits can be applied to a future activity/trip for a period of 12 months from the previously scheduled trip. They may also be “gifted” or given to a friend or family member, with written or email authorization from original depositor.

Private Tours
Due to scheduling, pre-existing bookings, and financial reasons  we are not always able to make a tour exclusive to one group of clients. This is especially so on river trips, the most popular, that said, there are times a premium private tour may be available at higher rates. We understand some folks’ desire for privacy but please realize that this is frequently not possible. Anyone who books a tour with us should have similar interests as yourselves: getting outdoors and experiencing the Big Bend of Texas; enjoy it with others!
